Self Catering Holiday Cottage DetailsHoliday AccommodationThe cottage is double glazed throughout and has a bathroom and fitted kitchen and is tastefully furnished in a traditional cottage style. There is full Economy 7 electric heating in all rooms and an open fire in the lounge, plus colour T.V. and video. The kitchen has a microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher and radio. The large utility room contains an automatic washer, tumble drier and freezer. There is an additional separate ground floor w.c. There are two twin rooms and one double room. The bathroom contains bath, shower, w.c., bidet, wash basin and shaver point. There are two cots and a high chair. All fuel and power, linen and towels are included in the rent; also a telephone (honesty box).There is ample parking for two cars and a paved area for sitting out with garden chairs. Village shop two miles; pub one and a half miles. Milk, and Bread can be ordered if required. Pets are welcome under strict control PLEASE Smoking is not allowed within the cottage but you are welcome to smoke outside. |

Rimington VillageRimington is a small village situated in the Ribble Valley, it has twice won the Best Kept Village Award. It was the birthplace of the composer Francis Duckworth who wrote the tune 'Rimington'. Surrounding Rimington are many interesting villages such as Downham, Bolton-by-Bowland, Slaidburn, Barley and Newchurch in Pendle, the last two villages both have connections with the notorious witches of Pendle.
